My 8 year old Bichon-poodle Pete, has been peeing and pooping in the house! We adopted him when he was 3 and he didnt have this problem untill my mom went back to work about 3 and a half years ago. We put in in a doggy diaper and he pees it as well. He has gotten urine burn, we thought the diaper would help but he doesnt stop peeing! I really need help and my dad is getting fed up with Pete! Please help.
